Government fears ceasefire would benefit Palestinian children
This would clearly be unacceptable
A disgraceful number of MPs have called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza which is backed by a minuscule 76% of the British public. At the time of writing, 80 MPs have signed the motion submitted by anti-genocide extremist Richard Burgon.
Thankfully, the UK government has refused to back a ceasefire because this would benefit Palestinian children who might use the opportunity to not get buried under rubble. There is deep concern that hospital patients in intensive care would have a greater chance of survival and babies in incubators could pull through, adding to the number of people who’ll need to be relocated to make way for Disney Land Israel.
The UK government has confirmed it is generously sending over 21 tonnes of aid, which includes several pounds of medical equipment and water filters for Gaza, and 20.9 tonnes of state-of-the-art weapons for the Israeli military.
Defence Secretary Grant Shapps (AKA Michael Green) said: “Israel’s genocide needs to be carried out in accordance with international law. Therefore, humanitarian aid is being sent so people can access food and water before they get blown to pieces by the bombs we are providing.”
Shapps added Israel has “a right” to “go after” Hamas by dropping bombs that are only killing Palestinian civilians because Hamas is hiding in underground tunnels. As you can see, this position makes perfect sense which is why it has the backing of both parties.
The leader of the opposition has said he cannot call for a ceasefire unless Joe Biden does first, sensibly conceding he has no mind of his own and no guiding moral principles. This is what makes Sir Keir Starmer an impressive politician.
The US and UK are the only two countries in the world that refuse to call for a ceasefire and this is because we have world-leading democracies that prioritise human rights over barbarity.
US President Joe Biden has shown true leadership by calling into question the Palestinian death toll because when you look at the cities that appear to have been hit by nukes, it’s implausible that several thousand civilians have died. As we all know, exploded buildings are unlikely to kill, and to suggest otherwise is leftie propaganda.
The Israeli government is unfazed by the fake death toll and is focusing on important things like getting the head of the UN fired for criticising their restrained use of war crimes, which include blowing up the family of the bureau chief for Al-Jazeera Arabic who had reported on the bombing without realising his family were among the victims. Israel is now working hard to shut down Al-Jazeera in Palestine as punishment.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu boasted in a TV address: “We are the people of the light. They are the people of darkness,” which is definitely not the type of thing an out of control tyrant says.
One thing is clear, this is turning into the most moral genocide in human history and anyone who suggests otherwise is a terrorist sympathiser who should be jailed with Greta Thunberg x

Before I cross-post this article…let me say, “My God.” For sure, No people on earth do bloody-beautiful english sarcasms better than professional (and amateur) British writers. Laura K would make a frightening MP, and even more terrifyingly-wonderful PM. The first time I read her, I had to slow down to reread the article two or three times, then remind myself she’s English (I assume), and I believe may have worked for the not-so-funny unreal BBC in the not-so distant past. (Yeah, I over-use hyphens and occasionally misspell, misuse & torture grammar, too, to chronically-protest conformity.) In any case, I’m so glad she’s independent and unhinged from the crookedly-professional (or professionally-crooked) editors of the shit International Press Club, especially with her exceptional talent. Sincerely.
I truly hate this time line.
Truly.
