Thinking of you and your family at this difficult time. Your posts about Palestine have been simple, direct and cut through all the hype. You've been there for us. Please know that this community is here for you.
No need for any explanations/obligations to us. You have already given so generously. I keep feeling you should not be so alone with Ezra's frailty! But I assume that if there were a specialist for his condition you would have found him/her. All thoughts and prayers are with you.
Thank you for sharing with us. With everything you have going on, it means a lot that you are still thinking of us, your readers. Love to you and all your family x
Laura my best friend's grandson has something very similar to Ezra's condition. I will not pretend that the first year was not very difficult as the doctors in Portland Oregon attempted to calm the seizures that he had daily. The good news is he is now four in preschool and absolutely loves it. I hope you are surrounded as was little will by a huge family and friends who gave support and love to little will. I am convinced that along with the expertise of the doctors the love that he received from his family and their friends contributed as much to his current well-being as any medicines. God bless you and little Ezra and all of us out here I wish him for the best
Laura, thank you for letting us know what’s going on, and I can’t imagine the challenges you are now facing as a family especially with other children. You certainly don’t have to explain yourself. Just take really good care of yourself as you take care of Ezra. Thinking of you. Avigail
God bless you and Ezra, and all of your family. First come first, even it sound stupid - it is how it is. I really mean it. Greetings from Croatia. Just take time for your family.
There is no need to apologise. We are not expecting you to produce your great work in the circumstances. Just hope you settle in and cope well. It is good news that Ezra is home although you have to face such a tough schedule now. I hope your new routine becomes easier in time for all of you and that Ezra improves and gets used to his new food for you and him. Poor baby.
If you are like me, you write your blog to keep your head from exploding. Meanwhile family needs and your own needs are often non-negotiable. I hope that having so many of us rooting for Ezra and his family raises your morale. We readers will gladly receive whatever, whenever when you find time to do your writing.

As always best wishes - as parent of a severely disabled child I understand the stress. Stay strong, best wishes for you and Ezra.

Praying for Ezra's health and patience/resilience for you.
You have so much pressure on you at the moment Laura, please dont heap more upon yourself... It is what it is.
Although writing can be therapy, your readers are the least important aspect of your life at present!
Much love to you and Ezra!
