Too many of US, have been screwed over, absolutely RIPPED OFF! For too many years, by the phony promise of health ins. Companies, who have been causing the deaths of SO many, and bankruptcy, loss of homes! Why??? The HELL, are they not indicted for Mass Murder, and Theft!

Yep. The rich Americans who are getting richer sending weapons to Israel to murder children and then keep the money for themselves that could go to poor Americans who are so stressed out by all the murdering in the world could not tolerate living in a just society. It would ruin their lives.

We must stay strong, and wise, to what is happing to our country, and do all we are capable of doing, to prevent US falling off the cliff, >of Elon’s future Hell. Trump voters, are going to get hard slapped in the face, of the nightmare they have caused

You have outdone yourself with this brilliant, scathing analysis of the USA and its "legal" system -- "legal" in quotes, because it masquerades as a "justice" system. It is inconceivable that the assassination of one despicable capitalist (and while I deplore murder and violence, I must concede the man "had it coming to him," as many insist) is "terrorism," whereas someone who drove his car into a group of demonstrators and the mob who stormed the nation's capital (killing four people) are NOT "terrorists."

Let me also applaud the brilliant defense you presented: "he mistook the CEO for a Black Lives Matter protestor." My sincerest compliments -- and Season's Best!

I’m glad I don’t live in New York City because I can’t imagine what the families of other murder victims must feel like when they see the full scale response that happens when some rich white guy gets shot.

I can’t even process that another white guy got away with a public murder (Penny). I hope women understand that if they are victimized by white men the law will not help them, they’re going to have to stand up for themselves however that needs to happen.

There’s no death penalty in New York where he’s been charged and will be tried. He faces Life Imprisonment for Second Degree murder with Terrorist motives.

He is insane so expect attorney will use his insanity as a defense. Even before being hired expressed in an interview that is how the case would go.

Yeah, and/or the Attorney will argue that Mangione won’t get a fair trial. I’d bet there’s not a single person, let alone prospective jurors, who hasn’t seen, heard or read about this case and as human beings will have formed an opinion on the case.

Murder is murder unjustifiably wrong and against the law.

Yes, i agree, however that’s not how law and the legal process works. Innocent until proven guilty is the rock on which our legal system is built. A fair trial in front of a jury made up of his peers. It’s in the constitution.

I tried to add $ to his commissary account, but J-pay kept rejecting it. It may have been user error so I might try again.

Big fan here - but this is a rare misstep for JH.

Because Luigi’s victim was not a raving lunatic thug . Who was intimidating and threatening people trapped in a subway car with him .

Susan T's avatar

Right. Luigi's victim was only intimidating people who were sick, maybe dying, desperate, afraid. But hey, he got rich from doing that. Nothing is all bad.

Sarcasm excepted, we know this despicable scam, has to be ENDED! This started with Reagan, he sold US OUT, to corporate CEO’s, to enrich himself. Been all downhill for US, ever since, and will only continue to get worse. America was NOT created for the filthy rich! Was created for ‘the People!’ Damn IT!

We have all been sold out no matter where we live. There is a virus that only affects world leaders and makes them greedy and grabby. It interferes with their ability to see anything but bank accounts.

Are world leaders born with this virus? Are they inherently different to everyone else? If we killed them all would the virus disappear?
