"...don’t worry, the BBC assures us that ordinary Iranians are happy for their country to become an irradiated wasteland. So happy, in fact, they would build a Trump statue in the centre of the crater where Tehran used to be."

It is written that any sufficiently advanced parody is indistinguishable from the genuine article.

You're bloody good at this❤️

“the IDF finds an apartment building in Beirut as irresistible as Trump finds a 13-year-old on Epstein island. They just can’t stop themselves”. Gold 🙏

Came here to repeat that exact line and also "Bombaholics." So good. Heard someone describe the UAE dictatorships that are bed with America "as rich families with petrol stations, no human rights, and civilians that all hate them." Iran is going to free the whole area from America, from the UAE dictator, and from Israel. Thank you Trump, you idiot.

A White House official explained that leaving Israel out of talks was “the only way to stop them from killing the Iranian negotiators.” LOL

Well, time will tell, but now Israel would have to bomb them in Pakistan and take out the US negotiators possibly as well.

Ambrose Bierce’s definition of peace appears in his satirical The Devil’s Dictionary:

“Peace, n. In international affairs, a period of cheating between two periods of fighting.”

Just waiting for Starmer & Co to explain that, whilst the RAF can shoot down Iranian missiles to protect Gulf dictatorships, they can’t protect civilians in Lebanon or Gaza because shooting down Israeli planes or missiles would be antisemitic.

Look, stopping a genocide may upset some people Hamish.

The BBC was more cautious, opening its Lebanon coverage with the words “Israel says…” and reading out an Israeli government press release, just to be on the safe side.

So the model for the West's relationship with West Asia turns out to be the children's game, "Simon says", where Simon is actually Moses, and the children are juvenile only in their levels of mature responsibility.

First time for the BBC, but they continue to use Israeli government spokesmen rather than the few surviving independent journalists

So good, again! You are the best.

Oh, now USA has literally become Israel's COLONY - I don't think dumb Americans have NOTICED, but anyway - that's how things turned out. Bibi rules America: the insane Cheetos-man is just a secondary 'manager'.

This is most brilliant (By the way I hate Diamonds...):

《I’m not sure you understand the Israeli psyche, but the IDF finds an apartment building in Beirut as irresistible as Trump finds a 13-year-old on Epstein island. They just can’t stop themselves, like an alcoholic who keeps drinking throughout late stage cirrhosis, knowing it could kill them.》...

🤣😪

Sadly, I must agree with a point you raised with sarcasm: << Trump is a skilled negotiator and he gained a lot from the deal... >>Trump DID get a lot out of the negotiations. He was able to notify his friends and inner circle to cash out of their oil positions, short that commodity, cover shorts on the stock market, and go long on the S & P. Trump and his fellow-criminals continue to laugh all the way to the bank.
