I note that the 532, mostly senior citizens, arrested on Saturday in the protest demonstration over the proscription of Palestine Action, have been released without charge! I don't understand it, dangerous terrorists released without charge, to wreak havoc and mayhem, admittedly at a snail's pace and inbetween breaks for medical checkups, set free! It's outrageous! Or is the embarassment that would be caused by parading over 500 pensioners before the War on Terror judges that gave the state pause for thought! Next time, we need a 1000 and then 2000, then 4000... Let's call it the Grey Tide, or perhaps the Zimmer Revolution?

PS: I've signed up to Defend Our Juries, with or without a Zimmer frame.

Yes, it's excellent and reinforces my observation that the state doesn't have the cohones to actually put these 'terrorists' in front of a jury! That Starmer is the real terrorist who deserves to rot in jail for his crimes against humanity!

My gratitude to Meta and Google is just unbounded. After all, how would I know exactly where I am, much less what and who I really am were it not for a brilliant tech entrepreneur clever enough to craft algorithms to identify me to myself.

So a few shabby Arabs with smartphone cameras get whacked to sustain me that privilege in my cushy Western way of life. So? Sounds like a healthy tradeoff on my balance sheet!!

I am quite certain that Breitbart, Fox News, NewsMax, and other such purveyors of Right-wing filth will give us the narrative our leaders want us to hear. Truly "starvation and mass slaughter will have ended"! Meanwhile, I shall wait for the US Congress to make a formal resolution that "anyone who suggests otherwise is a terrorist" (even as anyone who criticizes Israel is "anti-semitic").

The tent the journalists were staying in may as well have had a bullseye painted on it, in place of a sign saying Media. Everyone knows that Israel is exterminating journalists in Gaza.

We need to flip that script.

Any sightings of stars of david need to be treated as targets to be eliminated with extreme prejudice, anytime and anyplace.

Your comment explains exactly why Israel's actions - to create a safe haven for Jewish people - has the exact opposite effect.

If they want to be safe maybe they should stop murdering their neighbors.

Israel is a crime masquerading as a country.

I have affinity/affection for some Jews.

Just not the kind that enjoy the holocaust of/in Palestine.

Are you really that blind???

Yolks! Methinks you misunderstood me!!! Shows I should take more care when posting comments. I was trying to say that Israel thinks it is making a safe space for Jewish folks, but i don't think they realise the genocide and ethnic cleansing they are doing makes Israel and Jewish folk around the world LESS safe. I for one am working hard lobbying our local MP to support sanctions against Israel. I'm sick of the western-backed impunity with which Israel acts.

Tracy, you and I are fine.

Fantastic.

Unlike our brothers and sisters in Palestine.

The Israeli Holocaust Force has amassed at the walls of the Gaza extermination camp, and are preparing to execute “the final solution” upon our freedom seeking friends.

Somehow we’ve gotta stop this shameful act from going down.

Otherwise, I fear that the Israeli, Zionist, Nazi, Jews are going to kill all of the Palestinians, and our collective humanity in the process.

How will we ever be able to look ourselves in the mirror again, if we just stand by and watch it happen???

We’re better than that, aren’t we???

"Israel wouldn't have to go to such lengths if you believed what you were told."

Yeah, that's the problem--we're all too skeptical and non-trusting of a wonderful country like Israel. For some reason, we believe journalists when they tell us that there's a genocide and intentional starvation going on in Gaza. We're not supposed to believe our own eyes and ears, just the hasbara... RIP Anas and the Al Jazeera journalists.

"Such tents are irresistible targets for bored drone operators." <=== I get the satire. Parody apart I am gonna use this to make a point.

Daniel Hale wrote, “Not a day goes by that I don’t question the justification for my actions. I am grief-stricken and ashamed of myself.” He furthermore stated, “I believe that it is wrong to kill, but it is especially wrong to kill the defenseless.” In defending his actions, he stated he believes he revealed what “was necessary to dispel the lie that drone warfare keeps us safe, that our lives are worth more than theirs.”
